A traditional hard-coat stucco
with a specialty 100 percent limestone
finish called Thermocromex.
There is over 80,000 feet of stucco
and it should finish in April.
Lane Realty - The Eon
This project, a Sto 1/2 inch premix-stucco
with acrylic elastomeric finish,
is a garden style apartment in Atlanta.
VCC - Landstown Commons
An extremely large retail center with drainable
Dryvit EIFS and Cultured Stone. There
are multiple buildings going concurrently.
New South - Spelman College
This fast-paced large mixed-use dormitory
is being done with both conventional
scaffolding and swing stages.
The project will be complete in April.

That's right! We can do stucco to look like
brick and you can't tell that it's not brick!
The photos that look like brick that you see
on this site are actually stucco.
This product saves money and is lighter
than brick, and no steel lentils are required.
Stone
We also do Cultured Stone and other
manufactured stones. These stones are less
expensive, but still give the look of real stone.
ArcusStone Lightweight Cast Stone
CPD is one of a few companies that is
capable of manufacturing this type product.
It looks just like cast stone, but at a fraction
of the weight and cost of solid cast stone.
Restoration of Plaster and Cast Stone
This type work is very specialized and
requires much skill and expertise.
Our work can be seen on many of Atlanta's
most historical landmarks.
